Are your sports collectibles and autographs authenticated?
Yes, all our autographed items come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from reputable industry leaders such as PSA/DNA, JSA, Beckett, or our own Dynasty Sports hologram to ensure 100% legitimacy.
How long does custom framing take for jerseys or photos?
Our standard turnaround time for custom framing is 2 to 4 weeks. This allows our craftsmen to ensure the highest quality materials and UV-protective glass are used to preserve your memorabilia.
Do you offer international shipping for memorabilia?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For other international inquiries, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote and to verify import regulations for high-value items.
What is your return policy on collectibles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unopened merchandise. However, due to the volatile nature of the collectibles market, all sales of 'blind boxes,' trading card packs/boxes, and custom-framed items are final.
Can I bring my own item to your store for a player signing event?
Absolutely! We frequently host public signing events. You can purchase a 'ticket' to have your own item signed, or purchase an item from our shop for the athlete to sign on the day of the event.
How do you ensure framed items aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized heavy-duty packaging, including double-walled boxes and reinforced corners, specifically designed for transporting glass and delicate frames safely to your doorstep.
