At Dynasty Sports & Framing, we stand behind the quality of our sports memorabilia and custom framing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition with all COAs, holograms, and packaging intact; custom-framed items and 'Final Sale' memorabilia are not eligible for return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your item in its original shipping materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package to our distribution center; once our experts verify the item's authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
